The Board

Mark has been a leader in the urology industry for over 36 years. He has introduced five new products to market that became the standard of care, and served five years as a director of another pharmaceutical start-up now entering FDA trials. He is a change agent.

Hon is a Director and Chairman of ImmunoPDT and one of its founders. He brings operational and financial expertise across listed and private companies and established much of the company's corporate foundation. He is a named inventor on ImmunoPDT's core patent family, and his AI expertise supports the company's next phase.
Advisors

Dr Lynch pioneered cryotherapy, high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) and various laser therapies for prostate disease in Australia. He serves as President of the Société Internationale d'Urologie (2025–2026) and advises ImmunoPDT on clinical and medical strategy. He also serves as a Principal Investigator for the company's clinical studies at his independent clinical practice.

Ben brings more than two decades of deep-tech and biotech marketing, PR, government relations and investor relations experience to ImmunoPDT. He is the primary contact for media and stakeholder enquiries.

Brooke is a clinical affairs and clinical study consultant with more than 30 years supporting medical device, digital health and product development. She designs, executes and rescues clinical studies across the full product lifecycle, from early feasibility through pivotal and post-market, and advises on regulatory pathways including 510(k), De Novo and PMA.

Kenneth is a healthcare entrepreneur and commercial executive with more than 30 years building and scaling medical technology companies. He has led commercialisation efforts contributing to more than US$1 billion in combined enterprise value through acquisitions and exits across oncology, urology, interventional radiology and women's health. He is now Founder and CEO of The Menopause Collective, and supports ImmunoPDT on US commercial strategy.

Rich brings more than 28 years of commercial leadership in medical devices and capital equipment. He led Perineologic through its acquisition by Boston Scientific and helped build Augmenix from early stage to more than US$100 million in revenue and a US$600 million exit. He supports ImmunoPDT on US operations and commercialisation.

Peter is Managing Director of Kröner Medizintechnik GmbH in Germany, with more than 25 years supporting clinics, universities and therapy centres across Europe and representing leading German, Swiss, European and American manufacturers. For ImmunoPDT he coordinates fundraising, regulatory registration and trial work in the European market, running in parallel with the US programme to speed market entry.
Continuity and governance
Following the passing of founding investigator Dr Don Murphy in late 2025, clinical leadership has been ensured by the appointment of the Principal Investigator and the continuity of the co-investigator team.
The Phase 2 programme is supported by clinical investigators including A/Prof Karin Ried and Prof Avni Sali at the National Institute of Integrative Medicine (NIIM).


ImmunoPDT operates under defined clinical governance, with Phase 2 conducted under Australian regulatory pathways.
